Go Where Your Heart Takes You
Think less, feel more—this is something most of us don’t really practice. We rely more on what we think is right, rather than what we feel is right. Often what we feel is actually what we need to follow.
We tend to think too much. This is how most of us operate. We think about the right thing to do and rely less on our intuitions. When it seems like a situation is too much for you to bear, listen to your heart. Follow what feels right.
Did you ever feel like you are going crazy thinking about everything? Did you ever get overwhelmed about certain situations in your life? When these happen, calm your thoughts, take a deep breath, and rely on your heart. Just like what the quote above says, “Sometimes you have to stop thinking so much and just go where your heart takes you.”
Put aside all the thinking and do what feels right. We also have our hearts to help us decide. Most of the time, what we feel would be better. Take time to listen to your heart too.
