People Don’t Know What They Want Until You Show It To Them

Before creating any marketing or business strategy, we need to learn everything about our target customers. We need to find out what they want, what they need, and what their challenges are. But most importantly, we must be able to provide them with all the answers and solutions they would ever need.

One of the challenges parts of making sure we got our customers covered is making sure they have what they need even before they realize they need them. Steve Jobs once said, “A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.” We must offer them products, services, or solutions that will help them improve their daily lives. Only then, will they realize what they want.

Sometimes, it’s not just about providing solutions but providing customers with better services compared to the previous ones. Until you give them something better, they would simply settle with what they are use to. As entrepreneurs, our job is to constantly innovate and improve our products. We are tasked to show people better products that will also improve their daily lives.

Often times, your customers won’t know exactly know what they want. Instead, take time to know their challenges and needs. Then use that information to provide them with better products. Continue to innovate and reach out to your customers.
