Think Like A Customer
The best way to know what your customers want is by thinking like them. It is also the only way you can cater to their needs and know what else you can improve on.
All businesses need their customer to grow, so it is but logical to know what your customers would want from your business. The time and tested strategy according to Paul Gillin, “Think like a customer.”
Put yourself in the shoes of a customer, what do you want from an entrepreneur? The first thing would probably be, how can he/she help me? Another question may be, why should I get that product from him/her, why not purchase from other brands? Other factors customer may consider are how good the service you provide and how reliable your brand can be.
Basically, it’s your customers that matter. They must be on top of your priority list for all the decisions you will make. Once you start thinking like your customer, you start to improve your business. And as you improve, you get closer to success.
So put your customers first and put yourself in their shoes. See what they see, hear what they hear, and feel what they feel. When you do this, you then begin to understand your customer better and your business grows.
