Have you ever been on a physical training regimen before?

Let’s be honest, the first few days were tough. Like, after the workout, you cringe in pain. The following day, however, you can’t move because whenever you do, some nagging pain will shoot through that part like a shotgun shell.

But as you keep up with the work out, you feel stronger. The pain you never liked, all of a sudden, becomes something you yearn for. And as you progress through the regimen, you’re stronger and faster.

The lesson? It’s always the first few steps that’s toughest, folks. But when you’ve crossed that bridge, it’s all going to be smooth sailing.
