We go online for content. They may be offered in different forms such as videos, articles, and photos, but they are all content. And they all offer information. Yes, your website may offer a particular product or service, but before you turn your visitors into buyers, you need to provide them with information and reasons why they must trust your business.
This is why content is so important in digital marketing. It plays a vital role in conversion. But you can’t just simply produce all the content you think of. You need to plan what type of content your audience would find relevant, in what forms, and how often would they want it.
