About Me

I’d like to bring up three things an effective manager needs to have:

Passion
When you’re passionate about something, you become relentless – you work with intensity, fueled by the desire to be the best. I can say that I’ve the passion in what I do and to learn new things which can equate to better service and perhaps that beyond the call of duty.

Ownership
I take ownership of whatever tasks lie ahead because a client’s business would rely on my vigilance and hard work as a project manager and outsourcing specialist. I put myself in the shoes of my contact and ultimately find out not only how to draw more traffic or get conversions, I work with suggestions for the long term.

Camaraderie
Lastly, I take care of my team. I look out for them and make sure that they’re happy with what they’re doing. I try to make ends meet with my people and make sure that they’re secure in terms of work load and support. Let’s face it, happy employees equals happy customers. And happy customers means good business.
