We often think that difficult tasks are impossible to do. And at times, this mentality leads us to not even try to do it.

Like the quote above says, “Impossible isn’t something that can’t be done. It’s just something that hasn’t been done before.” Trying is the first step to prove some things are possible. Once we try to do it, we find out the feasibility of the task and how far we can push the boundaries of impossible.

Do you know what Henry Ford, John D, Rockefeller, and Andrew Carnegie have in common? Yes they are all great innovators. But it was the way they refused the word impossible to even come close to their goals that really made them who they great men.

Successful entrepreneurs are often seen as risk takers because they take a different and often unusual path towards their goals. It wasn’t just because they had unique ideas, but also because they used those ideas and turned them into solutions and as improvements.

A lot of successful entrepreneurs don’t even entertain the idea of impossible. For them, it is simply one area that hasn’t been tapped or explored. And if you think about it, it is true. Who would have thought 10 years ago that we would only need once handheld device to make a call, take a photo, record a video, plan our work schedule, and connect to the internet now? Maybe even 20 years ago, we would say it is impossible. But look at what we have in the market today; several smart phones that can do all these things and much more.

If we stopped every time an idea or task seemed impossible, where would we be? So whenever you feel like something is impossible, just try and find ways to make them possible.
