The Secret Of Change

Change can be very scary for some, to the point of resisting it completely. But this could only hinder growth. In order to improve, changes have to be made.

Socrates once said, “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” We have 24 hours in a day and we can only do so much with that time. Instead of fighting changes, we need to be more productive and get improvements done.

There is no point wasting time resisting what you are used to, especially when there are better opportunities coming along. Why fight the good things to come? Welcome the changes and embrace them. See the positive side and continue to grow.

Growth is a choice while change is inevitable. Nothing stays forever. It’s either we waste time fighting the changes or embrace them and create new opportunities. The changes we make would eventually lead us to success. So stop fighting, welcome the new changes.
