Every generation is different. The way we are today is definitely going to be different how our grandchildren will be. They will have a different mindset and outlook in life.  As entrepreneurs, we need to constantly update our knowledge and adapt to what our customers need.

Entrepreneurs need to adapt on how their customers would want to be approached. Every customer is different, but it is clear that they want to be treated more than just buyers. Jim Stengel said, “What we really need is a mindset shift that will make us relevant to today’s consumers, a mindset shift from ‘telling and selling’ to building relationships.”

Everyone likes to buy, but they don’t want to be sold to. So instead of telling them to buy and selling products, build a relationship with them. This way, you’ll understand better what they truly need. And you will offer them with better products.

Trust is a big factor with our clients. In order to stay relevant, we need to build relationships with them. Forget about telling and selling, build strong relationships with your customers and other entrepreneurs.
