Our customers are our greatest critics and fans. They will honestly tell us if we are doing a good job or a rotten one. Their thoughts can always help us improve our services and products.
The best way to know if your products are good is to ask your customers. They will be truthful in answering your questions and may even give you some tips. We can be clueless at times when it comes to our products. In such cases, we may want to get another person’s opinion. Carly Fiorina said, “Customers can’t always tell you what they want, but they can always tell you what’s wrong.”
There are times when our customers can’t really define what they want. Often, we would need to help them to find that out. But our customers will always be able to tell us what they don’t like or what’s wrong. For example, if they don’t like a certain dish, they can describe it as too salty or spicy, maybe even tell us that it is overcooked. Also, it is best to ask them to know the answers. Some of our best customers may not always tell us what they think unless they are asked.
Hear your customers’ feedbacks. Those are the most important tips you would get to improve your service or product. Do that and you will surely succeed.
